Two Traditions, One Table: Pope Francis and Fethullah Gülen

People of all faiths (and none) are invited to gather for an afternoon of honest dialogue and shared curiosity. Three featured speakers will offer perspectives—one representing Pope Francis and the Catholic Christian tradition, one representing Fethullah Gülen and the Hizmet-inspired Islamic tradition, and a third weaving their insights into a shared vision of service, compassion, and peace. Following the presentations, participants will be welcomed into small-group conversation and dialogue, creating space at the “table” for all voices to reflect, respond, and build understanding together.

Date & Time: November 1st, 2025, 1-4pm

Location: Xavier University, Norman C. Francis Science Building (1 Drexel Drive - Room 105, New Orleans, LA 70125)

**food & refreshments will be provided**
